UoA 19

Research in this unit blends Business and Law, focusing on areas of corporate governance; financial reporting and regulation; taxation and intellectual property management. It also explores emerging areas in consumer behaviour, foreign investment and statistical forecasting.

Researchers work with a wide range of public and private organisations, including the European Commission; the Intellectual Property Office; the Cabinet Office; the Authors Licensing Copyright Society; the Design and Artists Copyright Society and Maxwell Stamp. The unit has collaborative research links with the USA and Australia, among others.
