Two highlights from the interactive workshop include learning about emotional intelligence and the different leadership styles. The session included various group discussions and activities centred around examples of great and poor leadership, emotional quotient and acquiring new habits around unconscious/conscious incompetence/competence.
A key theme that emerged from the session was the importance of authentic leadership and that in order to be a successful leader, you should be yourself. Small changes lead to a large impact.
The audience was made up of people working in industry and career changers keen to learn more about leadership.
