New Publication for Sam Rowlands, Visiting Professor CoPMRE

Congratulations to Professor Sam Rowlands for his latest publication in The European Journal of Contraception & Reproductive Health Care entitled:  “Legalised non-consensual sterilisation – eugenics put into practice before 1945, and the aftermath.  Part 1: USA, Japan, Canada and Mexico.”

From the late 19th century until the second half of the 20th century, eugenics, a current of thought based on an erroneous interpretation of the mechanisms of transmission of certain ailments and deviant behaviours swept over the industrialised world.
