Having completed a survey of Registered Nurses in two directorates, the next step in the TRACS project is to hold two open-access consultation sessions for any Registered Nurses in the Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals Trust to share any thoughts around why they choose to stay in their job and what might prompt them to leave.
The project team will try to stimulate an open conversation to help us think through some of the real issues that face practitioners to influence their employment intentions. Ideas to support nurse retention in the Trust and the nursing profession more generally will also be explored.
