New research on political marketing in Indonesia

PhD Student Nyarwi Ahmad has had his research on the Political Marketing Management of Parliament Under the Indonesian Presidential Government System published in the Journal of Political Marketing.

The work constitutes one part of his doctoral research which is due to be submitted very soon and builds on his impressive record of published work in his native language. His work, based largely on interviews, highlights the complex trade-offs that occur between the branches of government ensuring effective representation. In times when there seems to be a separation between the presidency and the other legislative chambers in the USA there would seem much that can be learned about how to have more effective and consensual governance in this case study.
