Eating and emotion paper highly commended

A paper by BU researchers investigating the changes in emotion brought about by eating the midday meal has been selected by British Food Journal editors as a Highly Commended Paper of 2013.

“Eating and emotion: focusing on the lunchtime meal”, by Dr Lorraine Brown, Professor John Edwards and Professor Heather Hartwell, was published in the journal last year. It was chosen for the accolade as it is one of the most impressive pieces of work the British Food Journal has seen throughout 2013.
