BU invites members of the public to come and hear about world-leading research being undertaken by some of its recently appointed Professors and Visiting Professors.
This prestigious series of events provides the opportunity for newly appointed Professors and Visiting Professors to share their work with family and colleagues and for members of the public to come and find out more about the world-leading research undertaken at BU.
Last December BU celebrated an outstanding performance in the national Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) with eight subject areas rated as demonstrating world-leading research.
All events are free of charge and free parking is available. Lectures will commence at 6pm, with teas/coffees served from 5.15pm in the Atrium, Poole House.
All lectures will take place in BU’s Allsebrook Lecture Theatre, Talbot Campus, unless stated otherwise.
